What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Representative (MSR) position at Mountain Laurel Federal Credit Union?
Greet and welcome members in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Perform routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, etc. Basic computer skills, proficient math skills with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, team player, effective communication skills, able to listen to and understand instructions. Good phone etiquette. Able to sit, stand, and move throughout the work day. Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Available for last minute call ins.
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Valid government issued ID is required. Reliable transportation is desired as some travel may be required. The travel involved would be to our Kane, Emporium, and St Mary's branches as necessary.
