GRADE: Warehouse Technician I or II
JOB LOCATION: Mountain Laurel Complex - Sharples, WV
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
To perform diverse warehouse job functions to support the operating efficiency of the Mountain Laurel Complex including, but not limited to:
- Receive, stock, and inventory all incoming parts and supplies.
- Operate various pieces of motorized equipment, including forklifts and front-end loaders.
- Process all receipts including purchase order ID and verify to slip.
- Research and reconcile receiving problems.
- Inventory, issue and receive explosives.
- Utilize ELLIPSE extensively for Inventory Control
PREFERRED AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's Degree a plus
- Excellent Safety and Attendance record.
- For Tech II: Minimum of five (5) years of Warehouse experience working within the Job Responsibilities as described above.
- For Tech I: Less than five (5) years of Warehouse experience working within the Job Responsibilities as described above.
- Experience and proficiency with ELLIPSE, preferred.
- Be capable of safely and efficiently operating a forklift and front-end loader for long periods of time.
- Knowledge of mining equipment and supplies preferred.
- Must have demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal).
- Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 lbs. chest high, standing, walking, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Ability to work in all seasonal elements, both indoor and out.
