Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and improve core systems including website, Point of Sale (POS), Loan Origination Software (LOS), and CRM platforms.
- Assist with the transition to new LOS and POS systems using existing knowledge and adaptive learning.
- Develop and apply AI-driven tools to improve internal workflows, compliance tracking, and efficiency.
- Create dynamic templates using AI for commonly used mortgage calculations.
- Design stress tests using AI tools to monitor compliance thresholds and operational risk points.
- Build out and implement customer retention programs through automated communication and targeted messaging.
- Evaluate emerging technology that improves speed, accuracy, or the customer experience.
- Train staff on new tools and assist with rollout of tech updates.
- Support ongoing AI and technology integration across operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Interest and enthusiasm applying AI tools to business operations.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Reliable availability during standard business hours.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
