Mountain Luxury is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to enhance and maintain our brand across print and digital media. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of both formats and has a portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout, and branding skills. This role requires the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs effectively.
As Mountain Luxury’s Jr. Graphic Designer, you are a team player, self-motivated, and forward-thinking optimist with excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, magazines, signage, whitepapers, websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and branded collateral.
- Create engaging and effective real estate listing presentations, development proposals, and promotional materials for real estate and lodging.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels while pushing creative boundaries.
- Assist in website graphics and landing page designs to support online marketing campaigns.
- Edit and enhance photography (video editing experience is a plus) for marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new creative strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare press-ready files for print vendors, ensuring high-quality production output.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices.
- Organize and maintain design assets within the brand’s asset management system.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing goal-driven communication through compelling print and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus), and familiarity with Canva.
- Highly organized, accountable, and a strong team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 2–3 years of professional design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate or lodging industries is a bonus.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Range: $26 – $31.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: In-office position based in Eden, Utah.
- Paid Time Off & Holidays:
- PTO: 2 weeks awarded after 6 months.
- Paid Holidays: Christmas, New Year's, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and your birthday.
