Multi-Family Construction / Development Group currently seeking a Business Development Director . This position will report to the Vice President of Business Operations Construction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Seek out, establish and maintain new and current client relationships
- Conduct due diligence on clients
- Determine status of design, permitting and timing of potential projects
- Stay active during the entire lifecycle of the project (planning, preconstruction, construction, post-construction)
