Multifamily Construction / Development Group currently seeking a Project Engineer . This position will report to the Project Manager. This individual will work with cost data, scheduling activities and perform general engineering duties.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Submittals, quantities / procurement, and general scheduling at the job site
- Supervision of job engineers who assist the Project Engineer in his primary responsibilities
- Scheduling of subcontractors
- Liaison to field supervision including internal superintendents and foremen as well as those of subcontractors
- Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions during the pursuit of work
