Responsible for developing and creating marketing tools and execution strategies to support the National Marketing Program and other strategic marketing-based activities. Works closely with sales force, suppliers and corporate merchandising to develop go to market strategies. Responsible for tradeshow management, brand position, customer relationship marketing, national proposals and presentations, e-business strategies and concepts designed to grow case sales. Conceptualizes national promotions and directs Marketing execution across multiple platforms. Negotiates advertising and media contracts and the expenses and budgets associated with each project. Assists in the development of analytics that drive sales and marketing strategies between OpCo's, suppliers and operator customers. Functions as a team member within the department and performs any task assigned to best serve the company core objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
- Pitch decks - analyze market research trends and help sales craft a slide deck for national account pitches. National accounts are a core opportunity for us within PFG.
- Digital Marketing - support website redesigns and ongoing updates, train and oversee social media efforts at each entity, and design and lead video updates.
- Marketing collateral synthesis - each entity needs a marketing refresh. This role would align the strategic evolutions of each business into meaningful marketing materials - building authentic voice for each entity now - as part of PFG.
- Marketing promotions - work with Brands to craft promotions on different product lines to different audiences. Micro-marketing templates that can be customized for each Opco or channel and by product.
- Trade Show Design - lead trade show planning and execution - including booth design, budgeting, and lead system management. Integrate diverse teams into an interesting and effective on-site presence.
- Collaborate with sister companies on new product roll-out decks and launch campaigns.
- Lead AI marketing/Canva integration projects for MM and serve on PFG Social Media Governance Council.
- Support Team Building efforts
Require Experience:
- 5 - 7 Years Marketing experience, brand development and public relations experience
- Canva proficiency and experience in marketing analytics
- MS office software
