What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Enrichment Assistant position at Mountain Meadows Senior Living Campus?
Life Enrichment Assistant position available in our Activities Department. Schedule options Wednesday-Saturday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Wednesday-Sunday. Option to choose 32 or 40 hrs per week.
Hours are typically 8:00am-4:30pm but occasionally include evening events to be shared amongst the activities department staff.
Job responsibilities summary:
Participating in the planning and execution of daily activities for residents, including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Full job description available upon request.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and bring their positive energy, creativity, and motivational abilities on a daily basis. Applicant must have a cheerful demeanor and ability to engage residents in a variety of activities.
Possessing any artistic, musical, and/or technical skills is a plus, although NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and exhibit the ability and willingness to transport residents in a non-CDL bus or other facility vehicles with proper training. Candidate should have the willingness to complete all training requirements within the deadline provided by the community including HCA or CNA course which are provided at no cost to the employee. All resources and training will be provided.
Full time employment (30 hrs. per week) includes paid time off/sick leave, medical, dental and vision after waiting period.
