Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Receive phone calls and emails.
- Resolve subscriber issues.
- Data entry of customer payments.
- Run USPS reports for multiple publications.
- Prepare and bill subscribers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong computer skills with a keen eye for detail.
