Job Description
Mountain Medical Supply is a national durable medical equipment (DME) company dedicated to supporting former Department of Energy workers exposed to chemicals while employed in nuclear plants. We provide top-quality medical equipment and supplies to help our clients maintain the highest quality of life possible.
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Registered Nurse who shares our commitment to compassionate care. This full-time position is based in our Wheelersburg, OH office, with typical work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is hybrid-remote, meaning you will work both on-site and remotely as needed.
Responsibilities
- Client & Caregiver Relationships: Build and maintain compassionate relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with case managers and physicians to identify and fulfill equipment and supply needs for each client’s care plan.
- Education & Eligibility: Provide clear guidance on eligibility procedures to clients, homecare staff, and physicians, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Order Evaluation: Review medical supply and equipment orders to ensure they align with the client’s accepted diagnoses.
- Order Processing: Accurately process client orders through our online database (Brightree experience is a plus).
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse: Active RN license/certification required.
- Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of disease processes and corresponding DME/supplies.
- Department of Labor Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with DOL clients, their accepted diagnoses, and equipment/supply needs.
- Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills; experience with Brightree or similar systems highly desired.
- Organization & Multi-tasking: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and delegate issues appropriately.

- Pay: $38.00 – $41.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40 per week
