Position Summary: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of food quality and cleanliness. You will work closely with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage employee scheduling, ensuring proper staffing levels for all shifts.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food preparation and service.
- Assist in the hiring process and conduct performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Previous managerial experience in the restaurant or food service industry is required.
- Ability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and financials.
