Tuesday - Saturday 3:00pm - 10:30pm
Pay starts at $17.00 plus Tip Sharing ($1.75-$3.25per hour)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the operations of the shift
Guest Service: Strive for 100% guest satisfaction by motivating crew, ensuring “the basics of good guest service” are followed, and promoting crew morale. Handle complaints in a professional manner, aiming for the 100% guest satisfaction goal
Crew Efficiency/Order Completion: Position crew for maximum efficiency according to hourly sales volume. Monitor order tags for timely completion.
Be able to perform and train all positions using applicable Crew Training Modules
Follow safety practices and have a general understanding of existing federal, state, and local regulations (e.g. wages, working conditions, sexual harassment).
Daily Tasks:
- Review/sign off all Opening, Shift Change, and Closing checklists
- Make Shift Assignments
- Check schedule for group parties and events
- Run shifts/lunch breaks/ten-minute breaks
- Complete Inventory Sheets
- Review Prep List, Daily Counts, and salad and buffet
- Set up tills, count out tills and drivers
- Prepare deposit slip; do Daily Sales Report
Develop POSITVIE CULTURE working with the General Manager, the team and the restaurant
Support the General Manager on achieving these daily task
Restaurant is fully staffed with only top performing team members and managers, whose constant effort to perform excellent work elevates each individual and the TEAM
Entire TEAM is aware of and is living up to companies’ high standards by serving great food and providing an exceptional guest experience
Ensure entire TEAM is empowered and fully responsible for the success of the entire TEAM and restaurant
Controls the cost of purchased goods through sales and inventory driven qualities
Maintains sanitation and operational standards to corporate or municipal requirements
Manages administrative procedures of the restaurant to meet or exceed expectations
Supports in the hiring, training, retaining, motivating and terminating all restaurant personnel
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop future leaders
Lead by example and train your team on the importance of People Culture, Food Culture and Business Culture
Manage all team members within the restaurant on assigned shift
Use good judgment to direct, deploy and motivate crew to include quick and accurate order completion, friendly service, and thorough cleaning.
Restaurant appearance and safety: Supervise crew to ensure the restaurant is ready for business. Use all checklists and training guidelines in Crew Training Modules. Report any unsafe activities, potential hazards, or equipment problems to the restaurant General Manager
Supervises the overall physical facility (including cleanliness and preventative maintenance)
QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- 2 Years as shift lead in a fast casual pizza resturaunt
- Entrepreneurial (ownership) mentality
- Must meet the minimal criteria in background check
- High School degree or equivalent
- Of age to serve alcohol and have TIPS certificate preferred
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems and able to adapt to new systems quickly
- Fundamental math and computer skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Required to operate/access equipment set at standard heights, while walking or standing during entire shift
- Must reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe and climb
- Some repetitive motion may be required
WORK CONDITIONS
Must be available / willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on days with inclement weather
Fast-paced restaurant environment, sometimes stressful
Must have access to adequate transportation along with approved driving record
Complete work required within a limited space
Team member will often work in a hot environment with heavy and sometimes heated equipment.
