Position Summary: We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pizza Cooks/Kitchen Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas, managing kitchen operations, Cleaning, Dough Prep, Food Prep and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to Mountain Mike’s recipes and customer preferences.
- Assist with food prep for other menu items, such as salads, wings, and sides.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and communicate with management when supplies are low.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate food preparation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
- Must be at least [18] years of age (or according to local labor laws).
