OUR INDUSTRY LEADING PAY STRUCTURE
- $18 to $22 an hour in the Mover position.
- Tips: average $500 per month (approximately $3 to $5 an hour)
- W2 Full employee benefits (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt
Mover/Driver Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving furniture and belongings.
- Work closely with experienced movers to ensure efficient job completion.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
- Follow team instructions and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handle items carefully to prevent damage.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized.
Mover/Driver Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Physical fitness for lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Positive outlook and willingness to learn.
- Prior moving or related experience is a bonus.
