Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Development representative to play a key role in building connections within the community and facilitating access to our vital services. The ideal candidate will be adept at networking, establishing partnerships, and implementing outreach strategies to increase awareness of our program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth: Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth and expand our presence in the community.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to create referral pathways and partnerships.
4. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of our services and engage with potential clients and their families.
5. Sales and Outreach: Actively engage in outreach activities, including presentations, workshops, and networking events, to promote our programs and services.
6. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure that client needs and expectations are met, providing exceptional customer service.
7. Data Analysis: Analyze data related to business development efforts and use insights to refine strategies for maximum effectiveness.
8. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets related to business development activities, ensuring cost-effective initiatives.
9. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progress and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, sales, or marketing, in the substance abuse sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for making a difference in adolescent mental health.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare and education landscape in Grafton/Morgantown, WV is a plus.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
