What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Surveyor’s Assistant position at Mountain Plains?
Mountain Plains, LLC is seeking a driven candidate who is eager to learn and develop a new skill set! This position offers assistance to our Professional Land Surveyors and Powerline Staking Consultants. This position is based out of Watford City.
- Assist our Professional Licensed Land Surveyor, Crew Chief, and Powerline Staking Consultants
- Exude physical labor that may include walking, hiking, and use of basic tools
- Work professionally both in our field operations and performing office duties
- Complete detailed field notes, staking sheets and computer computations
- Work with supervisors to ensure clients needs are properly met
- Utilize provided on-the-job training to learn and develop new skills
- Take direction from supervisors and collaborate with coworkers
- Washing and maintaining Vehicles and ATVs
- Stocking supplies in warehouse, vehicles, and ATVs
- Other duties as assigned
