District Youth Sports Instructors Needed
We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as District Youth Sports Instructors. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and officiating youth sports events.
About the Position:
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to youth athletes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with players, coaches, and parents.
- Enforce district and Eagle County rules and policies during events.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-game inspections to ensure player and equipment safety.
- Monitor and manage conflicts during events, applying fair and consistent decision-making.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A minimum age of 14 years old.
- High school graduation or equivalent, or currently enrolled in high school.
- One year of experience with specific sport rules and regulations, along with safety guidelines.
