About the Role
Mountain Recreation Metropolitan District is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including pools, spas, and other recreational areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; four years of applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean MVR record required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
