Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
