Job Title: Skin Health and Wound Management Program Lead

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and integrate a comprehensive Skin Health and Wound management program with nursing center management.
- Oversee durable medical equipment for wound prevention and management.
- Complete Skin Health Team Lead orientation training and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire.
- Attend monthly support calls.
- Maintain national accredited wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC) or commit to complete Advanced Wound Training and certification within one year of hire.
- Demonstrate knowledge of acceptable standards of care for nurses, providers, therapists, dietitians, and others on the nursing center team.
- Experience in team building and respect for the interprofessional team in wound management.
- Knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey process.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
