Job Summary
We seek an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive outcomes and high employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing levels and ensure safe, 24/7 nursing care.
- Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, practice standards, and regulations.
- Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes, promoting quality improvement and efficiency.
- Participate in staff recruitment, mentorship, and employee development, making recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university, with current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of three years of full-time clinical experience, preferably in long-term care nursing, with at least one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
- A BSN degree is preferred, and you must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
