Mountain Shadows Home Care, Inc., a home care and home healthcare provider serving 800 clients across Southern New Mexico, seeks a Site Manager for its Anthony, NM location.
Duties include overseeing care delivery to our clients in the Anthony area, regulatory compliance, personnel and human resources including supervising main office administrative staff, liaison with managed care organizations and local healthcare providers, directing and overseeing marketing efforts, and general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have management-level experience in the home care and home healthcare fields, as well as familiarity with New Mexico’s Centennial Care program and with the Medicaid program in general. Spanish-speaking a plus. Competitive salary in an excellent working environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
