Working as an LVN at Mountain Shadows is not like most other nursing jobs! Unlike many skilled nursing or long term care facilities, we believe in assigning a manageable caseload which allows the LVN to provide individualized healthcare services in a comfortable, loving environment. You will be allowed the time to give each person the attention they deserve. 

LVN duties include monitoring the health status of the residents, administering medications orally and via G-Tube, administering breathing treatments and G-Tube feedings, providing personal care and providing interaction and socialization opportunities for our residents.  We will provide training in all of these duties! 

We currently have a FT LVN shift,  2:30p-11p on a 4 days on/2 days off rotation and a PT LVN shift on a 2days on/4 days off rotation.

$37.50-39.50/hr.
