Job Status: Part Time Work Week/Hours: 20 hours/week

Reports to: Facilities Director Direct Reports: None
Job Summary: This position supports the mission and vision of Mountain Springs Church (MSC) by
assisting the Facilities Director in maintaining the presentation, appearance, and
functionality of the facility which greatly impacts an individual’s first impression. The Assistant
Facilities Coordinator must have the gift of grace, a friendly demeanor, as well as the ability to receive
and follow instructions and handle multiple ongoing tasks.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all forms of correspondence including voicemail, e-mail, and regular mail
• Unlock/lock, disarm/arm facility for Elevate, life groups, worship services and other events
• Assist in setup for Elevate, Life Groups, Discipleship Classes, Worship Services, and other
events on an as needed basis
• Assist Facilities Senior Coordinator with general campus maintenance, both indoors and out
• Support special events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
