Mountain Star is EXPANDING and accepting applications for Office/Clerical positions within its THREE GROWING divisions!
· Create/Maintain customer files/ Upload documents
· Update/ Maintain CRM
· Enter leads
· Track leads
· Invoice customers (Must have signed the estimate)
· Create/ Schedule WO’s
· Verify PM is updating progress/photos on CRM
· Collections
· Communication w/ PA
· Client POC
· Certificates of Completion
· Submitting adjuster documents/ requests
· Post payments/ Payment log
· Solar Proposal/ Track
· Place Material Order
· Onboarding Training
