Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires a blend of customer service skills and food service knowledge, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Assist in training new staff members on guest services and restaurant protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with food service operations and best practices.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus but not required.
