Job Title: Groundskeeper
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Seasons at Stonebrook
Job Summary:
The Groundskeeper is responsible to keep properties clean and functional by providing consistent and ongoing maintenance. This position requires constant manual labor and the ability to pinpoint specific areas that require attention and addressing them immediately. Looking for hard workers that are not afraid to get things done!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to operate a lawn mover and cut grass in a uniform pattern to look professional.
- Keep flower beds free of weeds.
- Spray weeds in cracks, parking lots, sidewalks, and garages to keep the property weed free.
- Pick up trash and dog feces everyday to maintain a clean property.
- Blow breezeways bi-weekly or as needed to be trash free.
- Must be able to use basic hand tools, shovels, picks, blowers, and sprayers.
- Proper repair of PVC piping and drip tubes.
- Know how to use weed eater.
- Edge next to sidewalks and landscaping beds for a cleaner property look.
- Trim shrubs and trees twice a year.
- Fertilize lawns to keep grass green up to 4 times a year.
- Clean and maintain the dumpster area.
- Snow removal while using a snow blower, ice melt, salt, and shovel throughout the property.
- Repair or replacement of sprinkler valves and solenoids.
- Maintenance basics
Experience and Education:

0-6 months of experience preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time

Twisting, bending, stooping, walking, reaching over your head

Carry up to 50 lbs.

Being able to work in in-climate weather; rain, heat, cold, wind, snow

Willing and capable to work extra hours when jobs demand it
