Mountain Tidy Cleaning Services is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Receptionist responsibilities and duties
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
- Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners
- Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners’ itineraries
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Collect information from clients, give online quote and creating or make changes to bookings
- Communnicate any changes made to bookings
- Laundy assitance required and running errands
- Maintain a clean and tidy office
Receptionist Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
