Mountain Top Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center -
Mountain Top RHC is looking for a Full Time Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).
Job Includes but not limited to :
Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staff to cover shifts.
Train, coach, evaluate, reward, and when necessary, discipline employees.
Manage and monitor budgets and revenue services.
Assure safe receiving, storage, preparation, and service of food.
Prepare cleaning schedules and maintain equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation.
Participate in Resident Care Plan Meetings and QAPI Program.
Attend Resident Food Council Meetings
Support Registered Dietitian duties as needed.
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Knowledge of food purchasing / inventory.
Requirements :
Certified Dietary Manager
1 Year experience in food service management in skilled nursing setting.
Evening and weekend availability as needed.
Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs.
Intermediate computer skills.
