Vehicle Buyer

Description:

Mountain Top Motor Company is looking for a driven, self motivated, highly organized individual with great communication skills to join our Sales/Buyer team as an in house Vehicle Buyer. The Buyer will be responsible for generating appointments with customers that contact the dealership via internet and by phone seeking to sell a used vehicle. The buyer must be able to respond in a prompt and precise manner and must be able to operate the company's CRM software. They also must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Previous buying and KBB ICO experience is highly preferred but not required. Requirements:

·Contact customers and follow up on buying leads, we are a KBB ICO facility and generate 20 leads on average per day.

· Respond quickly and accurately to internet, phone, and text inquiries.

-Generate buying/sales appointments.

-Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.

· Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates for both sales, service, and dealership management.

-Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and internet leads and follow ups.

· Navigate the dealership CRM tracking system to input all customer data daily.

-Need to have strong organizational skills and time management skills

-Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·Vehicle buying and KBB ICO experience preferred but would consider training the right person.

· At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.

· Facebook Marketplace knowledge a plus

· Prompt and courteous with a team player attitude

· Must be a people person with an enthusiastic personality

· Must have strong computer and communication skills as laptop and cell phone will be used to communicate with customers.
