Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Daycare Academy Bozeman. The Lead Teacher will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. This individual will create a positive and engaging learning environment, implement developmentally appropriate curricula, and guide children through crucial stages of growth and discovery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards, promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Classroom Management:
Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment conducive to active learning, where each child's unique needs and interests are supported.
Instruction and Engagement:
Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that stimulate curiosity and foster critical thinking skills, ensuring the holistic development of each child.
Individualized Support:
Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, adapting teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Parent Communication:
Maintain open and transparent communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress, milestones, and any relevant classroom activities.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to plan and execute school-wide events, projects, and initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications:
