We are seeking a skilled Hostler to join our team in Jurupa Valley, CA. As a Hostler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient yard operations, improving trailer flow, and supporting overall logistics efficiency. You will work closely with the terminal, dispatch, and driver teams to ensure seamless transportation operations. This is a full-time, at-will position located at the posted Terminal.
Working Conditions
You will work outdoors in varying weather conditions, frequently walking, standing, and climbing in and out of trucks. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and navigate each department and the company's facilities as needed.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Safely move trailers between assigned locations within the yard.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trailers and yard trucks.
- Evaluate safety protocols and ensure trailers are properly secured.
- Communicate with dispatch, leadership, and drivers to optimize workflow.
- Assist with loading/unloading or moving freight when needed.
