Join Our Team as a Printing and Graphics Coordinator!
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in high-volume printing and production? We are seeking a Printing and Graphics Coordinator to maintain and operate print and bindery equipment while ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain a digital high-speed copier and various bindery equipment to ensure high-quality production.
- Utilize a personal computer (PC) to process print jobs and manage customer files.
- Adjust equipment settings for different paper sizes, weights, and layouts to ensure precise output.
- Monitor equipment for copy quality, clear paper jams, and place service calls as needed.
- Handle postal permit funds and assist with large mailings, including trips to the local post office and occasional visits to outlying offices.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files related to print jobs and materials.
- Operate additional print shop equipment, including binding, punching, cutting, collating, and folding machines.
- Collaborate through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to manage projects efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Two years of experience with print production and digital file preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Canva.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating tact and diplomacy to contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for mailing and printing needs.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Work Environment & Flexibility:
This role offers a hybrid work option, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office presence based on printing schedules and project demands.
