Position: Awake Overnight Youth Counselor
Location: Plainfield, NH
Compensation: $18-$24/Hr Plus Excellent Benefits
Schedule: Full Time, Just 3-4 Nights/Week!

Job Description:
Make an impactful difference in the lives of youth in our relaxed work environment and make meaningful connections that can last a lifetime. Work three days a week (see shift hours below) on our beautiful campus in Plainfield, NH.
We are looking for a consistent and reliable candidate who enjoys working with kids. Awake Overnights conduct regular room checks, provide supervision, prepare light breakfasts, and support the morning routine. Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Respond positively and appropriately to direction and feedback.
- Ability to stay awake and alert throughout the overnight shift.

Minimum Qualifications: Must meet ONE of the following;
- An Associate Degree
- Or 2 years of full-time experience working with children
- Or any combination of college credits & experience w/children that totals 2yrs
- Or 7 years of parenting experience
Other Requirements (you must meet these for employment):
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Satisfactory completion of background and applicable pre-employment checks.
