Receptionist/Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, understanding their construction needs and presenting tailored solutions from our diverse range of services, including engineered trusses, lumber, metal supplies, and post-frame buildings.​
• Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Conduct compelling presentations and negotiations to close deals successfully.​LinkedIn
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.​
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.​
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.​

Qualifications:

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role, preferably within the construction or related industries.​
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.​
• Self-Motivated: Highly driven and goal-oriented, capable of working independently to achieve and surpass sales targets.​
