Job Title: Patient Navigator

Mountain View Breast Care is seeking a friendly, outgoing, compassionate patient navigator to join our team. This multi-faceted role involves working directly with patients to navigate a complex healthcare system, scheduling surgeries at our three hospitals and working collaboratively with referring offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling surgeries at three area hospitals
- Staffing front desk
- Answering phones
- Scheduling clinic patients
- Medical triage
- Working with referring providers
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, electronic health record experience preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- Healthcare experience
