This is a full-time position that offers a great work/life balance. Monday-Thursday 6:30 am

- 3:30 pm. No Nights or Weekends!

Your role as a Clinical Lead:

• Perform all of the clinical duties that are called for per your licensure

• Approve or decline PTO requests while maintaining adequate staffing levels

• Oversee and ensure proper sterilization procedures are followed at all times in

compliance with OSHA and dental office protocols

• Ensure smooth daily flow of patients, addressing any delays or issues promptly

• Support front desk operations, including assisting with productive scheduling

• Order and maintain inventory of all dental and office supplies. Ensure timely reordering

and sufficient stock levels

• Promote a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.

• Establish, manage, and maintain the office’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,

Facebook, etc.) to share office updates, and engage with the community

What we need from you:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• 1 year of proven experience in a dental office (required)

• Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus
