The Certified Nursing Assistant plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents at Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our team, you will perform a range of tasks that cater to the diverse needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene.
- Prepare and serve meals, and assist residents who require help eating.
- Ensure safe transportation of residents using wheelchairs or wheeled carts, or assist them in walking.
- Monitor and record vital signs, food and fluid intake, and weight as directed by medical staff.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
- Mandatory: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team setting.
