Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene for residents.
- Serve and collect food trays, and assist residents who need help eating.
- Transport residents safely using wheelchairs or wheeled carts, or assist them in walking.
- Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake, and weight as directed by medical staff.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
- Mandatory: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
