Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Audit Integrity Manager to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY:
The Audit Integrity Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing, coordinating, implementing and performing activities to ensure compliance with revenue requirements, documentation, education and protection activities for the organization. The manager will interact with various leadership and staff to gain adherence to regulatory directives, data and documentation integrity including coding and billing.

Qualifications
Education/Certification: Minimum of 5 years of healthcare related experience required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Accredited Coding and/or Auditing Certification required. (AHIMA/AAPC or other recognized organization) Bachelor’s degree or higher equivalent education preferred but related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: Revenue and Documentation management in healthcare
Equipment/Technology: Computer (Intermediate/Advanced)
Language/Communication: English Primary

Interpersonal: Resolution to difficult situations
