Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Data Entry/Power BI Developer to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY: The Data Analyst and Power BI developer will play an active role throughout the organization streamlining productivity and efficiency. The coordinator will ensure each program maintains fiscally responsible while prioritizing the alignment with the facility’s strategic operational goals, mission, vision, and values. The Data Analyst will be responsible for facilitating development of data platforms to aid in improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and improve overall productivity while collaborating with hospital leadership, department managers, and other team members throughout the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides expert administrative support of a non-routine and confidential nature, ensuring that the department operates in an effective and timely manner.
- Creates correspondence and reports as requested.
- Performs special projects in spreadsheet and/or work processing.
- Prepares notebooks, manuals and copies of handouts for distribution
- Collaborate with the DON frequently regarding problem solving/issue resolution and process improvement that will impact unit performance and workflow.
- Establishes, coordinates, and collaborates with members of the interdisciplinary team and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflow processes throughout the organization.
- Assist in nursing recruitment efforts by arranging site visits and offsite marketing efforts to best fit the needs of the organization as directed by DON.
- Assembles data relative to various phases of hospital activities, complete special projects of a complex nature as required.
- Actively participates in meetings to discuss strategic planning initiatives and operational goals of the organization to ensure alignment with all projects.
- Able to develop and initiate and execute tactical plans to achieve short term goals with assigned projects.
- Baseline data collection and preparation, reflection/evaluation, analyze strategic opportunities on data and develop needed high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Champion IFCH culture and expectations through communications, actions, and all other interactions and collaborations
- Other projects and duties as directed by the DON

Qualifications
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field
Experience: Previous Leadership experience with project implementation/management preferred. Data analysis development and Power BI preferred.
Equipment/Technology: Proficient computer knowledge and can demonstrate an elite understanding of Microsoft systems as needed. Has the ability to learn and teach competence-based education increases efficiency.
Language/Communication: Has the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with many different people (patients, families, visitors, physicians, members of the interdisciplinary team and others).
Mathematical Skills: Able to perform statistical analysis, proficient in evaluation proforma, profit and loss statements, and develop return on investment presentations
Mental Capabilities: Has the ability to apply the critical thinking process. Able to function in a high stress environment and is able prioritize information related project development and implementation.
Interpersonal: Has the ability to collaborate within the many different areas necessary but can independently reference essential material. Establishes good working relationships with all members of project teams.
