Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Practice Financial Analyst to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY:
Assists with general accounting duties for the facility.

Please note benefits are based on eligibility according to full-time, part-time or PRN status classification.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complete daily banking deposit
2. Sort daily mail
3. Accounts Payable - enter invoices and maintain relationships with assigned vendors
4. Accounts Payable - assist with weekly payment processing
5. Accounts Payable - scan and file supporting documents
6. Provide daily and weekly statistical reports to management
7. Complete special projects for Controller and others as determined.
8. Maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
Education/Certifications: Familiar with basic accounting processes and procedures.
Experience: One year of accounting experience.
Equipment/Technology: Needs to be proficient in MS Excel and Quickbooks.
Language/Communication: Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak English.
Mathematical Skills: Must possess business and analytical mathematical skills and be able to calculate percentages and ratios
Mental Capabilities: Attention to detail, ability to focus, prioritize projects, maintain a long attention span, and be able to multi-task.
Interpersonal: Must be able to interpret and communicate more advanced, quantitative concepts in laymen’s terms to a variety of personnel.
Performance: Work under pressure of meeting monthly reporting deadline.
