JOB SUMMARY
The Admissions Director is responsible for providing oversight for all admissions and marketing related tasks. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Oversee all admissions and marketing for the facility.
Ability to achieve facility goals and targets.
Work closely and build/maintain good relationships with all referral sources.
Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
Represent the facility to community and civic groups.
Ensure excellent & timely communication with residents, families, staff, and referral sources.
Create positive resident outcomes.
Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful criminal background check
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Long-term care facility experience preferred
Healthcare sales experience preferred
