Responsibilities and Duties
New hire must be able to work well with kids and parents in a professional manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: meet and greet patients, answer the telephone, schedule appointments, communicate with patients regarding financial and scheduling options, deliver treatment plans, maintain patient records, coordinate patient flow, collect payments, communicate effectively with staff members.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- One year of front office dental experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working with families
- Excellent customer service skills and hospitality
- Hard working, reliable, adaptable, self-motivated, and punctual
- Great communication skills face-to-face and on the phone
- Ability to learn on the job and work well with a team
