Responsibilities:
Assist in providing therapeutic treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Work with patients to improve their functional skills and help them regain independence
Monitor and report on patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
Ensure a safe and caring environment for patients throughout their treatment
Qualifications:
Valid COTA certification
Proven experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
