Job Duties:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy interventions and exercises to residents.
- Monitor, document, and report resident progress to the Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
- Educate residents and families on proper use of equipment and at-home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
