Job Title: Rehabilitation Assistant

Salary: $16.66-$21.00 hourly DOE and seniority with Mtn View PA
Essential Duties:
Assist with setup and support of physical and occupational therapy treatments.
Demonstrate knowledge of treatment goals and safety precautions to support patient care.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and therapy equipment.
Communicate effectively with therapists and healthcare personnel to ensure proper patient care.
Facilitate patient transfers, transportation, and other supportive tasks as directed by therapists.
Prepare patient equipment and supplies, ensuring they are ready for treatments.
Complete required documentation, including logs and billing forms, accurately and promptly.
Ensure patient safety, including proper use of equipment, gait belts, and infection control techniques.
Participate in rehab team meetings, training programs, and community-based events.
Uphold company policies, including confidentiality, dress code, and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with rehab team members to achieve operational goals and patient satisfaction.
