About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mountain View School District team as a Counseling Office Administrative Assistant. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the counseling office and students by coordinating college applications, maintaining student records, and providing administrative support to counselors, teachers, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate college applications and assist with transcript submissions.
- Organize and schedule senior meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Provide administrative support to counselors, teachers, and parents.
- Assist with planning and execution of Senior Awards Night.
- Schedule and facilitate outside visits from military representatives, counselors, and other visitors.
- Support students with schedule changes and record updates.
- Organize annual student check-ins with counselors.
- Generate and provide data and reports requested by administration.
