The Mountain Views School District MVSD seeks a Spanish Teacher to join our vibrant elementary school community.
This is a 1.0 FTE position working with children in kindergarten to sixth grade. This is a shared position between Barnard Academy and The Prosper Valley School.
MVSD values world language skills, particularly Spanish, at the elementary level. The successful candidate will join a team of Spanish teachers to provide instruction to at least four elementary schools in the district. We seek a candidate with excellent language skills, experience teaching Spanish to elementary-age children, a strong curriculum background, and proven practical pedagogy skills. Further, the ideal candidate will be able to form strong relationships with children, communicate effectively with parents, and contribute to the broader school community.
Must hold or be eligible to hold a VT Educator License with elementary foreign language endorsement.
