Mountain Vista Senior Living, an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for a Clinical Liaison (RN preferred) to join our team. Lead and be part of something special! Share your passion for working with residents and a top-notch nursing team and join us at Mountain Vista!
- Pay starts at $80,000/year and up based on experience and licensure
- This is a full-time exempt position.
As our Clinical Liaison you will provide clinical evaluation for potential residents who meet admission criteria while also overseeing the admissions process for new residents. You will work closely with residents, family members and our interdisciplinary team in support of our entire campus - Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Care and Rehabilitation.
You will also be heavily involved with medical and community outreach and networking. As part of your role, you will cultivate prospects and referral sources, coordinate move-ins and help plan events. You will work closely with one direct report, our local leadership team and with our corporate marketing team to drive success and sales.
What you will need:- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or compact license preferred
- Long-term care, assisted living and nursing home experience preferred
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to interact tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, various healthcare professionals, referral sources and the general public, particularly the senior market.
